The service is provided by MRC to the HSE professionals. HSE professionals need to opt for this service online. MRC experts will discuss with you and understand your competency and skill. They will provide* ratings based on your level of competency. A candidate with high level of competency and skill can achieve max five stars. This certificate is valid for one year. The industries / Organizations reach out to MRC for good HSE professionals to fill the vacant positions in the organizations. In such case, the MRC will forward the CV of the star rated candidates to the Industries / organization. Hence, the candidate who has gone through the "Competency assessment and Star rating" process will get a better chance of getting a good placement. This is a paid service. If your star rating is not as per your expectation, then you can reappear in the assessment only after three months from the issuance of "Star Rating" certificate.
